Many moms find that having a book on breastfeeding helps them better prepare for and troubleshoot throughout the duration of their breastfeeding experience. The books listed below will provide excellent information on getting started in breastfeeding, what you can expect during the time you nurse, and managing a variety of special situations. Many of these books are available for borrowing through Nursing Mothers group libraries, or through individuals within Nursing Mothers. Check your local bookstore or online for these and other texts.
